- Information you give us. When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, product category, quantity, message, and any file you choose to upload.
- Order information. If you place an order, we collect the details needed to produce and ship it, including billing and delivery details.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare quotations.
- To source, inspect, document and ship your orders.
- To keep records required for accounting and customs.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
4. Legal basis (for visitors in the EU/UK)
We process inquiry data on the basis of your request for a quotation (pre-contract steps), order data to perform our contract, and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with parties needed to fulfil your request — for example the factory producing your goods, freight forwarders, customs brokers and our hosting provider. These parties receive only what they need for their part of the work.
6. How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation later. Order, invoice and shipping documents are kept for as long as accounting and customs rules require. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time.

This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to walter@whalesoo.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry data is limited to staff who need it. Files you upload are stored on our hosting account and are not published.
