No hidden commission from factories. You see exactly what we charge, when we charge it, and what you get for it.

The fee applies to the product subtotal — not to freight, duties or third-party inspection costs. Those are passed through at cost, with receipts.

One-off services, priced per job
These are charged separately from the sourcing fee, and audit fees are credited back against your first order.

Stock items have no minimum from us. Custom moulds and colours do — we tell you the number before you commit.

Video call
30 minutes with the person who will actually run your order. No sales team in between.
Most agents hide their fee. We think that is the problem.
If you cannot see how your agent earns money, you cannot tell whether their factory recommendation is honest. That is the single biggest risk in sourcing from China.
So we publish the rate, show it on the invoice, and never take a commission from the factory side.
Do you charge if I never place an order?+
No. Sourcing, quotations and factory shortlists are free. You only pay a fee once an order is confirmed and running.
Who do I pay — you or the factory?+
You pay us. We settle with the factory on your behalf, so there is one invoice, one payment and one party accountable for what actually arrives. If your accounting needs the goods and our service fee on separate invoices, we can split them — just tell us at order stage.
What about shipping and duties?+
Freight, insurance, duties and taxes are separate and billed at cost. We quote them before booking and show you the carrier’s invoice.
Do you charge for samples?+
Samples are charged at factory cost plus 15% handling, invoiced by us together with the order. Courier is at cost. The sample cost is normally credited back when you place a bulk order.
Is there a minimum order?+
No minimum on stock items — one carton is enough. Custom runs (new mould, custom colour, printed packaging) carry a factory minimum set by the tooling and the print run, and we confirm it in writing before you commit. If we can negotiate it lower trial run.
Can I get a written quote first?+
Always. Every fee on this page is confirmed in writing, for your specific order, before any work starts.
